How to get the most from your LivingWell treatment…

Arrival time…come in early…decrease your stress
New clients
should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, so they can fill out a
health history form. This will help both you and your therapist design the best treatment to meet
your needs. 

Don’t Rush...
Current clients find that arriving 10 minutes before each treatment allows them to drop out of the
fast-paced world and be more able to sink into their deeply calming treatment session.

What should I wear?
At LivingWell your comfort is paramount. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure that your privacy and comfort will always be maintained.

How can I pay for my treatment?
Cash, personal checks, or Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Clipper Cards are also accepted for Salem State University Students. Automatic billing (including special discounts) is available as part of the LivingWell Rewards Program.

LivingWell Gift Cards are the perfect gift! Gift Cards can be purchased online, by phone at 978-740-9355, or in person the next time you visit our office.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
All appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice will be billed at the full hourly rate.
