Shiatsu

SHI = finger, ATSU = pressure is atraditional Japanese technique of thumb and palm pressure based on anatomical and physiological theory.This ancient method involves a thorough whole-body treatment in which pressure is applied to emphasize a pattern ofneuro-muscular points to relieve pain, promote relaxation and stimulate blood and lymphatic flow.
