Sports Massage
Our Sports Massage enhances performance and reduces recovery time through traditional techniques that enhance blood flow. Active and passive stretching techniques are incorporated.

Myofascial Release
This is the perfect massage technique for those who are concerned that they may be "too sore" to be touched. Myofascial Release is deeply relaxing and beneficial to those suffering from acute and /or chronic pain. This technique gently stretches the body's connective tissue fibers (fascia) which results in increased blood flow and improved muscle and fascia flexibility.

Pre/Postnatal Massage
This relaxing, nurturing massage therapy is designed to ease muscle discomfort, lower backache and water retention for the mother to be.

Couples Massage
